Q : What's your business hours ?

A : The Racquet club : 6.00 - 23.00hrs | Swimming pool : 6.00 - 21.00hrs

Rock Climbing : Monday - Friday 13.00-21.00: Saturday - Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m

 

Q : What's included in the day pass ?

A : Access to all facilities from 6:00 - 23:00hrs

Q : Do you provide towels?

A : Yes we do, we also provide shower room, sauna, steam room, locker, towel, liquid soap, shampoo, and hair dryer.

Q : Does the daily entrance fee included equipment?

A : we have rental equipment in the following list tennis rackets, badminton rackets, table tennis rackets, climbing shoes. and rock climbing belt

​

Q : What is your dress code ?

A : Comfortable, breathable clothing, shoes suitable for each sport.

​

Q : Can I bring my own personal trainer?

A : The club does not allow outside trainers.

​

Q : How to reserve a court?

A : Call 0-2118-7330 or Line: @rqclub from 7.00-21.00hrs.

Q : Can I reserve in advance?

A : For members who can reserve 1 day in advance and daily users can reserve on that day.

Q : Is there a booking fee?

A : There is no additional charge.
