1) General Rules (applied every week)

Competition format: Time Trial
-
Participants must complete all movements in the prescribed order.

Skipping stations is not allowed.
-
Results are determined by the total time from the start until all stations are completed.
-
If a participant does not complete the required distance or repetitions at any station,
→ they must return and finish the remaining work before proceeding to the next station. -
Participants may rest at any time, but the competition clock continues to run throughout the event.

Participants may choose to combine up to 2 weeks of events and complete them in one session.
5) Scoring & Ranking

The participant with the fastest total time is ranked 1st.

In case of a tie in total time:
→ Ranking will be decided based on Wall Balls time.
The participant with the faster Wall Balls segment will be the winner.
