​เงื่อนไขข้อตกลงการสมัครเป็นสมาชิก

1. สมาชิกต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมสมาชิกใหม่ในวันที่สมัคร และสมาชิกเก่าต้องต่ออายุก่อนหรือภายในวันที่หมดอายุ

2. ในการสมัครเป็นสมาชิกนี้จะไม่มีการคืนค่าสมาชิกที่ชำระแล้ว และไม่มีการโอนสิทธิ์สมาชิกในกรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น

3. สมาชิกสามารถ upgrade อายุสมาชิกของตนเองได้โดยชําระเงินส่วนต่าง ภายใน 15 วันเเรกของการเป็นสมาชิก เท่านั้น.

4. สมาชิกทุกคนจะได้รับบัตรสมาชิก ในกรณีที่บัตรหายสมาชิกจะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียม 107 บาทสำหรับทำบัตรใหม่

5. สมาชิกและแขกของสมาชิกทุกคนจะต้องปฎิบัติตามกฏของสโมสรที่ได้ประกาศไว้ในบริเวณของสโมสรโดยเคร่งครัด

6. สมาชิกสามารถใช้สถานที่โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมสำหรับแบดมินตัน สควอช แร็กเก็ตบอล เทนนิส สระว่ายน้ำ ห้องยิม หน้าผาจำลอง กอล์ฟ ปิงปอง และโต๊ะสนุกเกอร์

7. การใช้บริการสนามฟุตซอล ครูฝึกเฉพาะตัว คลาสพิเศษ ผู้ช่วยการปีนหน้าผาจำลอง และอุปกรณ์ให้เช่า เป็นบริการที่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

8. การบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนเทนนิส แบดมินตัน ว่ายน้ำ ปิงปอง กอล์ฟ สควอช แร็กเก็ตบอล สนุกเกอร์ รวมทั้งครูฝึกส่วนตัว ดำเนินการโดยสโมสรร่วมกับครูผู้สอนของสโมสร สโมสรขอสงวนสิทธิ์ห้ามนำบุคคลอื่นซึ่งมิใช่ผู้ฝึกสอนของสโมสรเข้ามาแสวงหาประโยชน์ สมาชิกสามารถติดต่อสอบถาม สมัครเรียน และชำระค่าบริการได้ที่เคาน์เตอร์สมาชิก

9. สมาชิกสามารถจองคอร์ทหรืออุปกรณ์ได้ในลักษณะวันต่อวัน โดยโทรเข้ามาจองที่เบอร์ 0-2118-7330 ตั้งแต่ 7:00 น.ของทุกวัน และต้องมีการใช้บริการคอร์ทที่จองไว้ก่อนทำการจองคอร์ทถัดไป หากไม่สามารถเข้ามาเล่นตามเวลาที่จองได้ขอให้สมาชิกโทรยกเลิกการจองคอร์ทอย่างน้อย 2 ชั่วโมงล่วงหน้า หากไม่โทรมายกเลิกทางสโมสรจะเตือน 2 ครั้ง ครั้งที่ 3 สโมสรจะเก็บเงินค่าปรับ 500 บาท หากสมาชิกจะมาใช้บริการสายเกิน 15 นาที โปรดโทรแจ้งทางสโมสรเพื่อเก็บคอร์ทไว้ให้ท่าน หากต้องการจองล่วงหน้าข้ามวันต้องชำระค่าจองตามอัตราที่กำหนด

10. สมาชิกสามารถใช้ล็อคเกอร์ที่จัดไว้ได้ โดยถือมาก่อนมีสิทธิ์ใช้ก่อน โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆสำหรับการใช้แบบชั่วคราว และจะมีค่าธรรมเนียมพิเศษสำหรับการใช้ข้ามคืน โดยไม่ควรเก็บของมีค่าไว้ในล็อคเกอร์ หากเกิดการสูญหายสโมสรจะไม่รับผิดชอบ ท่านสามารถนำแม่กุญแจมาใช้กับล็อกเกอร์ที่เตรียมไว้ให้ได้วันต่อวัน สโมสรจะตัดแม่กุญแจทิ้งหากท่านทิ้งแม่กุญแจไว้ข้ามคืน

11. หากท่านทำอุปกรณ์เสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุหรือการใช้งานที่ผิดจุดประสงค์ ท่านจะต้องจ่ายค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นตามจริง

12. ในกรณีที่สมาชิกเกิดอุบัติเหตุในบริเวณสโมสร สโมสรจะนำส่งโรงพยาบาลที่ใกล้ที่สุด โดยสมาชิกเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย

13. สโมสรอาจถ่ายรูป/ภาพของสถานออกกำลังกายและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (รวมทั้งสมาชิก) เป็นครั้งคราว ทางสโมสรจะพยายามอย่างดีที่สุดเพื่อขอความยินยอมจากท่านก่อนแต่อาจจะไม่เป็นเช่นนั้นเสมอไป และสโมสรขอสงวนสิทธิในการใช้รูปถ่าย/ภาพเหล่านี้เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าโดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทน

14. อัตราราคาการให้บริการของสโมสรอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

15. หากท่านประสงค์จะ“รักษาสถานภาพ”ชั่วคราว สามารถแจ้งให้สโมสรทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 5 วันนับจากวันที่จะขอรักษาสถานภาพ โดยการกรอกและยื่นแบบฟอร์มคําร้องที่เคาน์เตอร์สมาชิก โดยมีข้อกำหนดและค่าธรรมเนียมการพักสมาชิกภาพ ตามที่ระบุไว้ และท่านจะไม่สามารถใช้บริการสโมสรได้ในช่วงระยะเวลาที่รักษาสถานภาพ

16. สโมสรขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎ หรือเงื่อนไขหรือยกเลิกได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

17. สโมสรขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะใช้ดุลยพินิจโดยเด็ดขาดในการอนุมัติใบสมัครสมาชิก

18. โปรดใช้สถานออกกำลังกายในลักษณะที่ไม่เป็นการรบกวน ทำลาย หรือบั่นทอนประสบการณ์ของบุคคลใด สโมสรขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการให้บริการโดยไม่คืนค่าสมาชิกแก่ผู้ที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของสโมสร

19. สโมสรให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของสมาชิก สโมสรจึงขอความยินยอมจากสมาชิกเพื่อการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกที่ให้ไว้แก่สโมสรหรือที่สโมสรได้รับมาจากแหล่งอื่น เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ส่งเสริมการขาย หรือประชาสัมพันธ์โปรโมชั่นและบริการ รวมถึงสิทธิพิเศษที่เป็นประโยชน์และเหมาะสมกับความต้องการของสมาชิก

Membership Agreement

1. Member agrees to pay the fee when he/she submits the application. Renewal is due on or before expiration date.

2. Membership fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

3. An upgrade of the membership is eligible within 15 days from the start date of your membership.

4. Members will receive one membership card. A cost of THB 107 will be charged for a replacement card.

5. Members and non-member guests must follow the Racquet Club rules and regulations. Club rules posted on the premises shall be observed at all times.

6. Members may use the facilities: badminton, squash, racquetball, tennis, swimming pool, snooker&pool, gym, table tennis, golf, and Urban Playground (rock climbing) with no extra fees.

7. The use of a personal trainer, special classes, futsal, climbing shoes & harness rental, and belaying require extra fees.

8. All coaching, instruction, training, and knocking must be scheduled and paid for at the Check in/ Customer Service Counter. No independent trainer and/or coach is allowed to work inside the premises unless authorized by the Racquet Club.

9. Court reservations can be made on a date of use at 0-2118-7330 starting at 7:00 am daily. After 15 minutes of the reserved time, the court will be held only if we receive a call. Two hours advance cancelation is required to avoid penalty. Reserved courts must be claimed before making the next reservation on the same day. On the third no show a penalty of 500 THB will be charged. If you would like to reserve any court a day or more in advance, extra fee is required.

10. Day lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis to all members at no extra charge. A fee will be charged for overnight usage. The lockers are for your convenience. The club will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. There are a limited number of lockers that allow you to bring your own lock for additional security. However, locks left overnight will be removed.

11. You’ll need to pay for any loss or damage caused by you or your guests while in the Club.

12. In case of mishap, member will be sent to the nearest hospital. Member will be responsible for any medical expense.

13. We may occasionally take photographs/ images of the Club and its facilities (including members). We’ll try our best to get your OK beforehand but this may not always be possible. We reserve the right to use these photographs/images for commercial purposes without payment. We use CCTV to monitor any incidents at our Clubs.

14. Club Price Lists will change from time to time.

15. If you wish to suspend or “freeze” your membership you may notify us of your request by completing a Membership Freeze Request Form available at our reception. You will also have to pay the non -refundable Freeze Fee. Club must receive your notice at least 5 days (by close of business Sunday) prior to the start of the day you wish to freeze. You will not be able to use the Club while your membership is frozen.

16. We reserve absolute discretion when approving membership applications.

17. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

18. Always respect other Club members, guests and our staff. Please use the Club in a way that doesn’t disturb, detract or impair anyone’s experience. We reserve the right to keep the membership fee and cancel your membership if you do not follow our rules and regulations.

19. We take your privacy seriously. To achieve this purpose, we would like to ask for your consent to allow us to collect, use and/or disclose your personal data obtained from you or other sources to analyze and offer our products, promotions, and/or services that suit your needs.
