Dear Members,
Due to heavy demand on tennis court reservation for training either individually or classes with several students which led to unavailability of tennis courts for members who want to just play game against one another.  Therefore, we will have to make some changes as follows:

1. Organized tennis classes will be available through the predetermined tennis coaching groups.  There will be at most 2 groups:
1. Coach Surachai (Tia) and his staff
2. Coach Panat (Por), Kittiporn (Bank) and their team.
2. Each of these coaching groups will make arrangement with Racquet Club for court facilities for their classes on a monthly basis.  There will be at most 3 courts available for any training at any time and only on court 5, 6 and 7.
3. Racquet Club membership will be required for students of these tennis classes and they will have access to club facilities any time outside of their classes as members of Racquet Club.
4. There will be 2 groups of knocker. Group #1 will be those that belong to the coaching group mentioned above. Group #2 will be any knocker who is not in Group #1. Knockers must register with the club and will only be those who registered that are allowed to work as knocker on Racquet Club facilities. Knockers on Group #1 can only offer their service on court 5 to 7. They will not be available on court 1 to 4 and 8. These knockers are full time knockers. Knockers on Group #2 can only offer their service on court 1 to 4 and 8 and will not be available on court 5 to 7 and can only offer their service for 7 or less hours per week and at most 2 hours per day. These knockers are part time knockers only.
5. Courts no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 (including no. 8 which will be available in the future) will only be available for members to play with other members or those that play with group #2’s Knockers and reservation can be made on each day.  If courts 5, 6 or 7 are available (not being reserved for any classes) it can also be used for members playing with other members as well.
6. Knockers or coaches must also register as members of the Club and cannot make any reservation and can only play on their specific zone.  Members who get paid by other members or members within the group either on or off the court will be considered as being knockers or coaches.  Members who, in our view, act or behave as a knocker or a coach will be asked to register as such with us otherwise we will cancel their membership with the Club with no refund. 
7. Knockers must register each time they conduct their service but reservation on day to day basis must be done by the member. 

The effective date of this plan is from 1st September 09.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that these changes will lead to a better service for most of our members.  We do thank you for your patronage.

เนื่องจากความต้องการใช้คอร์ทเทนนิสสำหรับการเรียนการสอนสำหรับบุคคลและ กลุ่มมีมากซึ่งทำให้สมาชิกไม่สามารถจองคอร์ทเทนนิสเพื่อเล่นเกมได้ ดังนั้นทางสโมสรฯ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ดังนี้ :

1. การเรียนเทนนิสแบบตัวต่อตัวหรือเป็นกลุ่มสามารถเรียนได้กับคณะของครูสอนเทนนิสที่ทางสโมสรกำหนดไว้ ซึ่งมี 2 คณะ คือ
1. คณะของครูสุรชัยและผู้ช่วย
2. คณะของครูพนัส, ครูกิตติพร และผู้ช่วย
2. ครู แต่ละคณะจะจัดเตรียมตารางเวลาการใช้คอร์ทกับทางสโมสรฯ เป็นรายเดือน ซึ่งในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งๆ สโมสรฯ จะอนุญาตให้ใช้คอร์ทอย่างมากที่สุด 3 คอร์ทสำหรับการเรียนการสอน ในบริเวณคอร์ท 5, 6 และ 7
3. นัก เรียนที่มาเรียนเทนนิสจำเป็นต้องเป็นสมาชิกของสโมสรฯ และนักเรียนผู้นั้นสามารถใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของสโมสรฯ ได้ในฐานะที่เป็นสมาชิกของทางสโมสรฯ ด้วย
4. น็อกเกอร์จะมีอยู่ 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1  น็อกเกอร์ที่อยู่ในกลุ่มของคณะครูกลุ่มใดกลุ่มหนึ่ง กลุ่มที่ 2 คือบุคคลอื่นที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในกลุ่มของคณะครูทั้งสองกลุ่ม น็อกเกอร์ต้องลงทะเบียนกับทางสโมสรฯ และมีเพียงน็อกเกอร์ที่ได้ทำการลงทะเบียนเท่านั้นที่จะสามารถให้บริการเป็นน็อกเกอร์ที่แร็กเก็ตคลับได้ น็อกเกอร์ในกลุ่มที่ 1 สามารถให้บริการได้เฉพาะบริเวณคอร์ท 5-7 เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถให้บริการบริเวณคอร์ท 1-4 และ 8 ได้ น็อกเกอร์ในกลุ่มนี้ถือเป็นน็อกเกอร์ที่ทำงานเต็มเวลา น็อกเกอร์ในกลุ่มที่ 2 สามารถให้บริการได้เฉพาะบริเวณคอร์ท 1-4 และ 8 เท่านั้นไม่สามารถให้บริการในบริเวณคอร์ท 5-7 ได้ และสามารถให้บริการได้ไม่เกิน 7 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ และอย่างมาก 2 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน น็อกเกอร์ในกลุ่มนี้ถือว่าเป็นน็อกเกอร์ไม่เต็มเวลา
5. ทาง สโมสรฯ จะอนุญาตให้ใช้คอร์ท 1-4 และ 8 สำหรับการเล่นระหว่างสมาชิกและสมาชิกกับน็อกเกอร์กลุ่มที่ 2 เท่านั้น และหากคอร์ท 5-7 ว่างอยู่และมีสมาชิกต้องการใช้เล่นระหว่างสมาชิกด้วยกัน ก็สามารถทำได้
6. น็อคเกอร์และครูเทนนิสทุกคนจะต้องลงทะเบียนกับทางสโมสรและจะต้องทราบดีว่าน็อกเกอร์ ไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการจองคอร์ทและมีสิทธิ์ให้บริการแก่สมาชิกเฉพาะคอร์ทที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับน็อกเกอร์แต่ละกลุ่มเท่านั้น สมาชิก ที่มีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงให้เห็นว่ารับจ้างเป็นน็อคเกอร์หรือเป็นครูเทนนิสให้ กับสมาชิกคนอื่นของสโมสรฯ หากสโมสรฯ เห็นว่าสมาชิกมีพฤติกรรมดังกล่าว สมาชิกท่านนั้นจะได้รับแจ้งจากทางสโมสรฯ ให้ลงทะเบียนเป็นน็อคเกอร์หรือครูเทนนิสและจะไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการจองคอร์ท หากสมาชิกท่านนั้นไม่ยอมรับ การเป็นสมาชิกจะถูกยกเลิกทันทีและจะไม่มีการคืนเงินค่าสมาชิกโดยเด็ดขาด
7. น็อกเกอร์ต้องลงทะเบียนแจ้งทุกครั้งที่ใช้คอร์ทให้บริการแก่สมาชิก และการจองคอร์ทวันต่อวันต้องให้สมาชิกเป็นผู้จองเท่านั้น

ทั้ง นี้เริ่มจาก 1 ก.ย. ศกนี้ ทางสโมสรฯ ต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกมา ณ ที่นี้และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งนี้จะนำไปสู่การบริการ สมาชิกที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ขอขอบคุณทุกท่านที่ให้การสนับสนุนสโมสรฯ มาโดยตลอด
