Terms of Agreement:
 

1. Members agree to pay a membership fee on a 3-month, 6-month, or yearly basis at the time of submitting this application.  Renewal must be completed on or before the expiration date.

2. The Racquet Club’s rules, which are posted at the club, shall be observed at all times.

3. Each member will receive a membership card.  In case a card is lost, THB 200 will be charged for any new card issued.

4. Members may use all the facilities (including any of the badminton, squash, racquetball, and tennis courts, swimming pools, reading room, gym, rock climbing wall and snooker room) without any additional charge.

5. Reservations can be made on a same-day basis without any reservation fee.

6. Lockers are available on a first-come first-served basis to all members without an extra charge for daily usage.  A nominal fee will be charged for any overnight usage.

7. In case of an accident, members will be sent to the nearest hospital.  The expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the members.

Note:  When submitting this form, applicants must include two 2 x 3 cm. photographs of each member of the family and a copy of the identity card or passport of the applicant
